Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policies
The prices displayed on the website are valid only on the
date of inquiry and are subject to change without prior notice. Published rates
are not guaranteed until payment is made. All reservations are subject to
availability. Confirmation numbers will not be issued until payment has been
made.
When making a reservation, you must provide either written or
verbal authorization to charge your credit card. By authorizing the charge, you
agree to our Reservation and Payment Policies, Cancellation Policies, and
Disclaimer of Liability. Changes to existing reservations are subject to
availability and any necessary rate adjustments.
You may make your reservation up to one (1) day in advance of
your arrival, but please note that cancellation policies will apply. Please
print your reservation voucher and present it to our representative.
Cancellation Policies (Applicable for any service)
The client has a period of 5 (five) business days after
signing this Contract to cancel the operation without liability or penalty, in
which case The Agency undertakes to refund all amounts paid by "The
Client," within a period of 5 (five) natural days following the
cancellation request. Cancellations must be requested in writing at the address
stated in this Contract or by registered or certified mail, with the revocation
date being the date of receipt for shipment. Cancellation applies only if the
lodging service has not been provided to "The Client".
The agency will respond within a period of 48 (forty-eight)
hours from the receipt of the cancellation on business days, and in the absence
of a response, it will be understood that the cancellation was accepted.
Cancellations made with four (4) days or more days in advance
of the date of service (transportation or tour) are subject to a cancellation
fee of 10%.
Cancellations with less than three (3) days in advance of the
date of service (transportation or tour) will be charged in full.
Changes made with less than two (2) days in advance of the
date of service (transportation or tour) will incur an additional charge. For
modifications or updates to a reservation, you must contact our reservations
department directly by telephone, email, or chat. Drivers are not responsible
for notifying changes or making modifications to reservations for any service.
We do not offer refunds for no-shows on the scheduled day of
service (transportation or tour).
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
Payment Policies
- We accept various credit cards through Openpay.
- The total amount of your reservation will be charged to
your credit/debit card.

General Information
Border Tours and Transfers offers a private transportation
service to various tourist destinations in Baja California, Baja California
Sur, and Sonora, as well as California, Arizona, and Nevada.
Specific vehicle models are subject to availability. Similar
models that meet the offered characteristics for the selected service may also
be used.
Border Tours and Transfers acts as an intermediary between
the client and the transportation and tour service providers listed on the
website. Border Tours and Transfers creates the necessary business connections
according to its own service and quality standards to provide land
transportation services. Only the most reputable providers are selected for
this purpose; however, Border Tours and Transfers is not responsible for their
acts, omissions, misconduct, or negligence. Transportation services are subject
to the conditions established by the providers, and their liability may be
limited by their rates and service conditions. Border Tours and Transfers acts
solely in its intermediary role for the client and the service provider, and
retains no legal authority or control over the personnel, assets, operation,
and/or property of the service provider.
Border Tours and Transfers declares the following:
1. The photographic material published on its website is
intended to represent a description of the service in question and in no way
can it be guaranteed that the service will be provided exactly as shown.
2. Service descriptions are regularly updated to maintain
accurate descriptions. However, Border Tours and Transfers is not responsible
for changes that occur upon arrival.
3. Border Tours and Transfers reserves the right to refuse
services to any client at any given time, as it deems appropriate.
4. Any claims or notices that the client wishes to submit
regarding the services received must be submitted in writing within the next
thirty (30) days after their service.
Limitation of Liability
Border Tours and Transfers shall not be liable for claims,
costs, or expenses arising from injuries to the client or third parties, as
well as accidents, loss of life, loss or damage to personal property, lack of
enjoyment, discomfort, disappointment, distress, or frustration, whether mental
or physical, as a result of the following:
1. Acts or omissions caused to any of the parties and their
employees other than Border Tours and Transfers.
2. Illnesses, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures,
quarantine, government actions, weather, or any other circumstances beyond the
direct control of Border Tours and Transfers.
3. The client's failure to obtain the required travel
documentation, including but not limited to: passport, visas, and certificates,
in which case no refund will be granted.
4. The client fails to comply with travel instructions,
including, among others: flight schedules, hotel check-in and check-out dates
and times, and redemption policies listed on the vouchers.
5. Changes or cancellation of travel services offered for any
reason. Border Tours and Transfers reserves the right to cancel or change
travel services at its discretion but will attempt to substitute the canceled
service with comparable services. If a reservation must be completely canceled,
Border Tours and Transfers' liability shall be limited to a refund of the money
paid to the company.
6. Border Tours and Transfers will not grant a full refund in
situations where a service must be interrupted, postponed, or canceled for
reasons beyond its control (force majeure including: weather conditions,
hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, etc.), circumstances
under which Border Tours and Transfers cannot obtain a full refund from the
service operators according to specific contractual terms. Border Tours and
Transfers shall be entitled to retain up to 10% of the total amount paid by the
client for their reservation to cover accounting and administrative costs.
